# TalentsGrid

> TalentsGrid is an AI hiring copilot for freelance recruiters and small teams: it scores each CV against your job with quotes as evidence, turns gaps into interview questions, and keeps your candidate data yours.

TalentsGrid is a web app for freelance headhunters, solo talent acquisition and freelance HR users first, then small teams such as software outsourcing companies and small agencies. The app works in English, Vietnamese and Indonesian. The AI recommends and the user decides: creating or updating candidates and jobs, moving stages and sending outreach all wait for the user's approval.

Key facts:
- Scoring: each job requirement is graded core, important, supporting or minor. The final score is 60% skills and 40% responsibilities. Critical responsibility gaps cap that half at 50. A candidate from the wrong field stays under 40. A skill match with no sign in the profile is dropped. Scoring one CV against a job takes about 1.5 seconds.
- Interview kits: unproven requirements become questions with weak, fair and strong answer guides.
- Talent mapping: searches five job sites in parallel for IT roles and adds salary bands in VND.
- Data: CVs can live in the user's own Google Drive or in managed storage. Candidates export as CSV. Reports sync to Google Sheets. TalentsGrid does not use your CVs to train AI models.
- Pricing: Free $0 forever (150 AI credits a month, up to 500 candidates, 1 workspace, 3 members). Each AI step costs 1 credit; company research costs 2. No card. More credits on request from inside the app.
