## What a credit is
- A credit is one unit of AI work, taken from the monthly allowance.
- Most AI tasks cost 1 credit: reading a CV, scoring a CV against a job, collecting quote evidence, building interview questions, comparing candidates, drafting an outreach email, searching the pipeline, summarising a candidate or interview.
- Talent mapping with a salary band (company research) costs 2 credits.
- Credit packs and bring-your-own-key are not offered. Plans are the only way to get more credits.

## Data
- Export candidates as CSV at any time. Sync reports to Google Sheets. Keep CVs in your own Google Drive or in managed storage.
- TalentsGrid does not use your CVs to train AI models.
