- You run outreach across LinkedIn, email and SMS from sequences. Their homepage lists all three channels.
- You want branded career pages, client portals or a website builder (Recruit Craft, listed on Enterprise).
- You connect your stack through Zapier (1,000+ apps) or an API on Business and above.
- Your interface language is one of the nine they list and Vietnamese is not required.
Switching from Recruit CRM
If you can export your candidates to a spreadsheet from Recruit CRM, save it as CSV and import it into TalentsGrid: drop the file into the chat, review the preview and approve it before anything is saved. Start with a few rows. We did not find a CSV export option on the Recruit CRM pages we read, so check what your plan allows. Pipelines, sequences and client records are not part of the import. TalentsGrid does not offer a migration service.

AI reads the CV against the job and finds evidence for each requirement, graded core, important, supporting or minor. Plain code then computes the score: 60% skills and 40% responsibilities, the same way every time. Each match shows a quote from the CV. A claim with no sign in the profile is removed, and a missing must-have caps the score.
Can I import candidates from Recruit CRM?
Yes, if you can get them into a CSV file. TalentsGrid imports CSV and shows a preview that you approve before anything is saved. Pipelines and sequences do not carry over. We do not offer a migration service, so test with a small file first.
