What is an AI credit?
A credit is the unit of AI work. Each billable AI step takes from your monthly credits, and the allowance resets with your plan. Browsing candidates, editing a job and exporting a CSV are not AI steps.

Each AI step costs 1 credit unless the table says otherwise, and every step is billed on its own. One CV can go through several of these steps.
The AI activity log shows every call, the model that ran, and its cost, so you can see where credits went.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI actions pause and the app offers an upgrade. Your candidates, jobs and notes stay available, and credits return when your monthly allowance renews.

How many CVs can I screen with 150 credits?
It depends on the steps you run per CV. Reading a CV, scoring it and building interview questions are separate AI steps, and each costs 1 credit. That means a fully processed CV uses more than one credit. Use the AI activity log to see your own usage.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is built for one recruiter or a small desk: 1,500 credits shared across five workspaces and three members per workspace for $4.99 a month. Business is $29.99 a month with 15,000 credits, unlimited workspaces, fifty members per workspace and a dedicated account manager. Both have unlimited candidates.
Can I pay for extra credits or bring my own AI key?
No. Credits come only with your plan, and there are no credit packs or bring-your-own-key options. If you need more AI work in a month, you move up a plan. This keeps the monthly cost predictable, which matters when you pay with your own card.
Do I keep my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data stays yours. You can export candidates as CSV at any time, sync reports to Google Sheets, and keep CVs in your own Google Drive. Plan limits apply to what you can add and run, so check the candidate and workspace limits of the plan you move to first.
What does one workspace mean?
A workspace is a separate space for one client or company, with its own jobs, candidates and members. Freelance headhunters usually open one per client so shortlists never mix. Free includes one, Pro includes five, and Business has no limit on workspaces.
Are my CVs used to train AI models?
No. TalentsGrid does not use your CVs to train AI models, on any plan.
