Know who is hiring your IT profile in Vietnam, and what they pay
One question replaces five manual searches: who hires this profile, with a link to every source, and a salary band in VND with its report.
What is talent mapping in TalentsGrid?
Talent mapping searches five job sites in parallel for companies hiring the same profile as your IT role. It returns a link to every source and adds a salary band in VND taken from published salary reports, with their sources. It covers IT roles only. The AI does not estimate pay from imagination.
What is talent mapping?
A market search before you write the job. You describe a profile, for example "senior React engineers in Ho Chi Minh City". TalentsGrid looks for companies hiring that profile and shows the roles it found with a link to each source.
Which job sites does it search?
Five job sites, searched at the same time, so you do not open five tabs.
Is it only for IT roles?
Yes. Talent mapping covers IT roles only today, so use it for engineering, QA, DevOps and similar hires. We do not claim coverage of other fields.
Where do the salary bands come from?
From published salary reports. Each band shows the report and its source. When no report covers the profile, the answer says so instead of filling the gap with a guess. The band is in VND, the currency your client talks in.
Who is hiring the same profile as my client?
The result lists companies with live roles matching the profile and links to the posting. Use it to see who competes for the same people, what titles they use, and how your client's offer compares.
How do I use it in a real search?
- Before you agree a salary with a client, ask for the band and the companies hiring the profile.
- Adjust the job title and skills in your JD to match how the market names the role.
- Use the company list as a sourcing list for outreach, then draft messages. You review every email before it is sent.
Once candidates arrive, score them with evidence and prepare interview kits.
What does it cost?
Company research costs 2 credits per run on every plan: one for the search and one for synthesis. The Free plan's 150 credits cover 75 such runs if you use nothing else. See plans and credits.
Frequently asked questions
Where does TalentsGrid get salary data for Vietnam?
Salary bands come from published salary reports, and each band shows its source. They are not generated by the AI. If no published report matches your profile, TalentsGrid tells you that instead of inventing a number. Treat a band as a reference for the conversation with your client, not a quote.
How many job sites does talent mapping search?
Five job sites, searched in parallel, with a link to every source so you can open the original posting. Searching all five at once means one question replaces several manual searches. Results depend on what those sites list at the time you run it.
Does talent mapping work for non-IT roles?
No. It covers IT roles only today. For other fields, the results would not be reliable, so TalentsGrid does not claim them.
Are salaries shown in VND?
Yes. Bands are shown in VND, so you can compare them with the figures your client and candidates use. Published reports differ in how they define a band, for example gross or net, so check the source note before you quote a number to a candidate.
How much does talent mapping cost in credits?
A company research run costs 2 credits: one for the search and one for the synthesis. Most other AI tasks cost 1 credit. Free includes 150 credits a month, Pro 1,500 and Business 15,000. The AI activity log shows what each run cost.
Does talent mapping contact candidates or companies?
No. It reads public job postings and published reports and shows you results. If you decide to reach out, the copilot drafts an email with the job and candidate filled in, and nothing is sent until you review and approve it.
