AI recruiting copilot for freelance recruiters and headhunters in Thailand

A headhunter in Bangkok or Chiang Mai reads the same pile of CVs as one anywhere else, and gets the same question from the client: why this person? TalentsGrid answers it with a quote from the CV. This page says what works for you today and what does not yet.

What does TalentsGrid do for a recruiter in Thailand?

TalentsGrid is a free AI hiring copilot for freelance recruiters and small agencies. It scores each CV against the job with quotes from the CV as evidence, turns unproven requirements into interview questions and keeps each client's jobs apart. It reads Buddhist Era years on Thai CVs, and the app, its emails and the copilot's replies are available in Thai, English, Vietnamese and Indonesian.

What works for you today

  • Drop a CV (PDF or DOCX) into the chat and the copilot fills the candidate profile. You review it before it saves.
  • Thai CVs usually give years in the Buddhist Era ("2563-ปัจจุบัน", "ม.ค. 65"). The extraction tells the model to convert them, and the work history converts any that slip through, full years, two-digit years after a Thai month name and Thai digits alike, so years of experience are not off by 543.
  • Score the CV against your client's job description. Each requirement is graded core, important, supporting or minor and comes with the quote that proves it. The score is 60% skills and 40% responsibilities, computed by plain code, and a claimed skill with no sign in the profile is thrown out. One CV takes about 1.5 seconds.
  • Send the client the breakdown instead of a bare number. Change the criteria in plain words and the list re-ranks; every change is saved as a version.
  • Get interview questions for whatever the CV does not prove, with weak, fair and strong answer guides, for your round and for the hiring manager's.
  • Record each client, link its jobs to it, and filter jobs, the pipeline and the dashboard by client. Free includes 1 workspace with 3 members; Pro has 5 workspaces and Business has no limit.
  • Use the app in Thai: the interface, the copilot's replies and the app's emails. Dates show Gregorian years with Thai month names.
  • Set a job's salary in baht (THB) and its country to Thailand. A pasted job description with "25,000-35,000 บาท" or "3-5 หมื่น" reads as baht.
  • Reach a candidate on LINE from their profile. A "Copy the number for LINE" button shows for a +66 number, and for a number starting with 0 when the candidate is on a job whose country is set to Thailand; job country is optional and such a number otherwise gets a Zalo button, so save numbers with +66.
  • Publish a job on the public job board at jobs.talentsgrid.com and receive applications there.
  • Keep CVs in your own Google Drive or in managed storage, export candidates to CSV and sync reports to Google Sheets. Import your existing spreadsheet as CSV, with a preview you approve.

What it does not do yet

Read this before you sign up, so the first hour holds no surprises.

  • No LINE integration: TalentsGrid does not send or read LINE messages, and the LINE button only copies the number (interview invitations do go out by email, with a calendar file); the LINE template pack (in Thai) covers first contact, interview invitation, the hiring manager round, reminder, rejection with a consent question and the offer call.
  • Talent mapping (who is hiring a similar profile) and salary bands use Vietnamese IT market data in VND. The salary reference card still appears after you create an IT job in the chat, also for a job in Thailand, with Vietnamese data and a "Vietnam market only" badge.
  • No integration with Thai job boards such as Jobsdb or JobThai. CVs from any board can be uploaded or imported as CSV.

Thai CV habits and how the scoring treats them

A photo on the CV is normal in Thailand, and so are age, date of birth, religion, marital status and a nickname. TalentsGrid is built so that none of them affects the score. To fill in the profile, the CV goes to the AI model, with some providers as the whole file, photo included, and the extraction is told to leave the photo, age, date of birth, gender, height, weight, marital status, religion and ethnicity out of the profile. Scoring is a separate step that reads the profile's text. The birth year is removed from what the AI gets for scoring, and every instruction that scores or compares candidates tells the model to ignore those attributes and never to cite them as evidence. Thailand's PDPA treats religion and health data as sensitive, which is one more reason to keep them out.

Thai CVs often state an expected salary in baht per month, and recruiters check it against the client's budget early. The evidence scoring takes no salary input: it reads the profile's skills, titles, years and work history against each requirement in the job description, so you compare salary with the budget yourself.

The Thai guide to screening CVs faster walks through weighting requirements and finding evidence by hand.

Pages in Thai

The English feature pages still apply: CV scoring with evidence, interview kits and AI CV screening. Recruiting in Indonesia too? See TalentsGrid for recruiters in Indonesia. The site's machine-readable index is llms.txt.

Frequently asked questions

Is TalentsGrid available in Thai?

Yes. The app interface, the copilot's replies and the app's emails, such as interview invitations, are available in Thai. Sign up from a Thai page and the app opens in Thai; the copilot answers in Thai when you write in Thai. Dates show Gregorian years with Thai month names. The AI reads PDF and DOCX CVs; results on Thai-language CVs have not been measured, so try a few on the Free plan first.

Can I pay in baht?

There is nothing to pay. TalentsGrid is free: 150 AI credits a month, up to 500 candidates, 1 workspace and 3 members, with no card. When you need more credits, "Request more credits" in the app sends an email to support@talentsgrid.com and you get a license key back.

Does it post jobs to Thai job boards or send LINE messages?

No. TalentsGrid has its own public job board at jobs.talentsgrid.com and drafts outreach emails that go out only after you read and approve each one. On a candidate with a +66 number (or a number starting with 0 when the candidate is on a job whose country is Thailand), a "Copy the number for LINE" button copies the number for LINE's add-friend search; you write and send the message in LINE yourself, and a template pack in Thai is linked below.

Where does candidate data live, and can I leave?

CVs live in your own Google Drive, where TalentsGrid sees only the files it creates, or in managed storage. Tokens and sensitive data are encrypted with AES-256. Export candidates to CSV or sync reports to Google Sheets at any time. TalentsGrid does not use your CVs to train AI models.
